Any recording that is made is saved solely on the client’s own computer and nowhere else. The client alone decides whether to share it with their counsellor or other professional. They can also revisit prior sessions to review what was discussed and continue benefiting from the guidance and support they received.

AI assistance is delivered through Amazon Bedrock in Canada Central with zero data retention enabled for the AI service layer.

Your subscription includes 10 reusable client Satellites. Ten is not a limit: add more whenever your practice needs additional simultaneous client connections.

$50 CAD / month
Includes 10 reusable client Satellites.
Additional Satellites: $5 CAD per month each.
Expected availability: around October 1, 2026.
Applicable GST and PST are additional.
Fair Use Pricing Notice: The $50 CAD monthly subscription is based on normal and reasonable use of the WinTalk Satellite service. If usage is materially higher than expected or places an unusual load on the service, WinTalk may contact the customer to discuss an appropriate service level or revised monthly rate. Pricing may also be adjusted in the future if operating, infrastructure, third-party, or support costs materially change. Advance notice will be provided before any pricing change takes effect.

When one client relationship ends, the practice can recall that Satellite, remove the old assignment, return it to inventory and issue it to another client. Your included Satellites are working resources, not disposable licences permanently tied to one person.
